I also offer coaching skills to individuals in various employment settings.

In her own words

If you need support with exam or employment stress, anxiety, low mood or other mental health difficulties contact me.

I am a chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. I am a trained CBT practitioner, have a Ph.D in Psychology, and work as a research psychologist.

I have worked in a number of roles helping individuals overcome their mental health difficulties. I have worked with children, young adults, adults and older adults.

I focus on ways to develop new techniques to help people cope with different types of anxiety (e.g. OCD, PTSD etc), low mood, and stress in the context of day-to-day living, academic fields and employment.

I work independently running training groups in CBT for employment and mental wellbeing. I also offer support for researchers, conduct some lecturing and continue to develop my own research interest with other researchers in the field of psychology.

Please leave a message on this website if my phone goes to voicemail.
