More broadly I help people to change the way they think and behave. I help people who may have serious issues with anxiety, stress, panic, depression for example, or who want to develop their inner resilience and resources to protect them from the day to day problems that life can throw at them.
I help individuals to take control of the direction of their life; to develop a healthy balance and mindset that assists them to get the most out of life.
In her own words
Change your thinking, change your life
I’m a practising behaviour therapist, trainer and performance enhancement consultant.
I help people:
* Overcome self-limiting beliefs: develop confidence, self-esteem and a positive outlook
* Change unwanted behaviours: smoking, weight loss, phobias, anxiety etc
* Perform to their maximum potential: sports, exams, work, healing and so on
* Develop their mental fitness and wellbeing to guard against the knocks of life
I can work with individuals, groups and companies anywhere.
With significant experience in helping people, I’m well qualified, professionally registered and fully insured. Bespoke behaviour and performance training and individual therapeutic consultations are available.
Having graduated in psychology over 20 years ago, I’m also qualified in CBT, neuro-linguistic programming, hypnosis and hypnotherapy and will use a mix of these skills relative to your needs.
