Specialities

I have detailed knowledge in strength & conditioninig, exercise for body fat (weight) loss and have over 9000 hours of experience applying my knowledge during personal training sessions.

I have also done over 1000 hours of group coaching and 500 hours of one to one Triathlon coaching.

In his own words

My passion in life is exercise and health. Now with Greatvine, I am excited to be able to pass on my knowledge and experience to a wider audience and hopefully to inspire them to a more active and focused way.

I started my career in the health & fitness industry as an Army Physical Training Instructor in 1994. I have been working in London as a personal trainer for the past 11 years mainly helping those interested in strength & conditioning for sports performance and coaching Triathlon to all levels.

I am currently studying for an MSc in Biomechanics and already have found this invaluable with improving my client's performance and reducing their susceptibility to injury.
