I also work with expecting and new parents, providing coaching for a variety of topics such as career changes, work-life balance, relationships, self-confidence and time management to name a few.
I work with a range of private clients, charities and children's centres. I’m on the committee of the Guild of Infant and Child Massage (the UK's regulatory body for positive touch teachers), I'm a full member of the HypnoBirthing Institute, Federation of Antenatal teachers, Guild of Infant and Child Massage, IPTI and IfL and hold a current CRB-enhanced disclosure.

I believe that you know yourself and your baby better than anyone and that's why I 'coach' rather than 'tell' you what to do. That means that I help you to find the right solution for both you and your baby, after all, we're all different so there's not always a 'one fits all' solution.
