In her own words

There’s no question that herbs and herbal medicine have an important part to play in our health and wellbeing, but what many people are less clear about is which are the right herbs for them and their specific health issues. I’m a medical herbalist with nearly 30 years experience, a thorough knowledge of the traditional uses of plant medicines as well as their biochemistry and pharmacology. This means I can provide practical help and guidance about the safe and effective use of herbal medicines and steer you through the quagmire of questions regarding their actions, dosage and contraindications so you can have the confidence in herbal medicine that it deserves.
