Hello, I’m Anne Morrison and I’m a qualified and trained life coach, NLP master practitioner and clinical and cognitive behaviour hypnotherapist. My work helps people overcome feeling stressed; anxiety; low moods depression; eating issues; and traumatic events. Together we can find ways of coping with more resilience, so you can better handle all of these issues - and learn to respond in a more helpful, healthier way for you. If you feel anxious, stressed, overwhelmed or find that you’re turning to food to feel better, call me at Greatvine today for expert support.
I help people from all walks of life, from teenagers worried about exams to pensioners concerned about low self-esteem after the death of a partner. Many are trying to manage stress, anxiety or depression. Some have experienced some quite traumatic events in life and are now looking for advice and support to deal with those memories and events. I specialise in helping people change unwanted habits such as comfort eating and binging. We can also work to overcome unwanted thoughts such as low self-esteem or lack of confidence, and those unwanted negative emotions like depression, anxiety or stress. I also have a particular interest in helping people who are living with cancer.
When I’m working as a telephone advisor, I draw upon my Coaching, NLP and cognitive behavioural experiences to help you. We may also use guided visualisation to allow change to happen. We can focus on what you want, explore the root of the problems and your session is tailored to your needs. We will first establish what your therapeutic goals are, and then begin to take firm steps towards achieving them. Together, we can begin to challenge unhelpful assumptions, beliefs and reactions to both past and future events. We often know only too well what the problem is but somehow just can't find a way to cope with it in a more helpful way or resolve it so that we can move on. During each session, you’ll build up your personal resources, learning helpful, positive ways of thinking and coping to replace those that no longer genuinely serve your needs.
Greatvine is a way for me to offer you advice, meaningful interventions and support over the telephone, from the comfort of your own home, at a convenient time for you. I would be delighted to listen to what you want and need, and help you to achieve your own therapy goals. With my warmest wishes,
Anne
