Teenage Diets

What a tricky time it is being a teenager! It should be such fun, and yet it’s actually very stressful. Contending with bodily changes like shape and size which comes with puberty and sexual maturity, changing relationships with parents and younger siblings as well as moving schools and losing close friends. And there’s more: the first real important exams take place in our teens, and more annoyingly, right at this very time, parents and family members always ask that silly question of ‘what do you want to be in life’ when all a teenager really wants to do is listen to music on the iPod and speak to friends on Facebook! And as it relates to a healthy diet, well forget that! Teens just wish we would stop trying to force ‘healthy’ food down them.
