As author of ‘The Menopause and HRT’, Kathy has extensive knowledge of hormone replacement therapy and its use. Another skill is helping young women going through menopause after cancer treatment.

As a menopause awareness consultant, Kathryn helps women understand PMS and peri-menopause through to the Menopause itself. She helps them recognise the change they’re going through, and helps them to get their life back on course. She also works with husbands and partners so they better understand the menopause, and has had expert appearances on Sky TV.

As a consultant radiologist, Sarah’s an expert in treating sports injuries. Also a breast cancer survivor, she’s a source of support on treatment and early menopause – plus fitness and diet.

Psychotherapist Carla specialises in helping people with relationship difficulties. She deals with sexual dysfunctions and helps adults cope with childhood sexual abuse. Carla is experienced in working with psychiatric conditions.

Medical herbalist and author of books including ‘The complete herbal tutor’, Anne can provide practical guidance on using herbal medicines safely and effectively. She specialises in fertility and hormonal problems.

Complementary Health Practitioner and Physiotherapist with over 30 years experience. Alison enjoys making a difference to how people are feeling, whether they’re in pain, have work-related injuries or just need an overall alternative health check. She is also a qualified acupuncturist.
