With over 20 years experience working with early-stage and medium-size businesses, Cameron’s a qualified leadership coach and mentor with a strong background in finance and investment.
I specialise in coaching senior professionals to optimise their performance. I believe that everybody has "it" in them to be coached to better results - this will inevitably, and should, take us to some challenging places - but with the correct framework and points of reference this will ultimately be a rewarding experience for all the stakeholders in our relationship.
In addition, I facilitate peer to peer group mentoring sessions, the pleasure of which is the intimacy that can be created by a group of diverse professionals who have absolute trust in one another.
Please note that I am always aware how difficult it is NOT to mentor during a coaching relationship. Understanding the difference will be one of the cornerstones of our relationship.
Ultimately our coaching relationship will allow you, the coachee, to develop and introduce the principles of coaching into your professional and personal lives.
I am have over 25 years experience working with businesses ranging from SME to large corporates and am a graduate of the FOOTDOWN School of Coaching and Mentoring as well as member of the Institute Of Leadership Management.
I lead the FOOTDOWN Scotland Fifteen peer to peer mentoring group and my passion lies in working with business leaders in a coaching and mentoring capacity. By way of background, our group consists of CEO'S and MD's from over 10 different disciplines, representing several sectors with a cumulative 300 years plus worth of experience.
