My next call may be somebody facing a life/work change and needing style direction, or a woman returning to work after maternity leave who’s lost some confidence and wants to update her look. My eye for impact and style was originally developed when, after business school, I joined Harrods’ PR department, specialising in fashion as well as gaining valuable experience in interpersonal skills as press officer. At the International Federation of Image Consultants 2009 conference I had the great honour of being voted its first president. My approach is creative, interactive and upbeat.
