Hello, I’m Darryl-Louise Crowley and I am an independent Executive Coach and Corporate Image Consultant. I'm a firm advocate of the concept that authentic “leadership begins with the leader managing their own inner life so that the right emotional and behavioural chain reactions occur” (quoted here from the Harvard Business Review). You need high levels of emotional intelligence if you are to achieve your goals, to give of your personal best and be inspirational to others. Likewise high levels of personal presentation based on an authentic personal brand are essential for you to create impact.

These include profiling instruments such MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator); Belbin (Team Role); TIEQue (Emotional Intelligence Indicator); TKI (Conflict Mode) and 360 degree feedback to facilitate greater self-awareness. My style is an expert 'balance' between support and challenge. I’ll create a confidential space for you to explore who you are, what you want to achieve and your challenges to overcome.
