In her own words

Hello, I’m Dilys Morgan and I’m a qualified counsellor and experienced ‘Agony Aunt’. For more than 20 years now I’ve been a specialist advisor to people from every conceivable walk of life. I've helped people with problems from depression, to divorce and other relationship issues as well as parenting problems and teenage anxieties. By good, careful listening, I help people find their own unique solutions to a really wide variety of life-shaping problems. I'm now here available to help at Greatvine, whatever age you are, and whether you need help and advice for yourself, for parenting, for a partner or for a family member.

As an early pioneer of online counselling, I've been hugely impressed with how much can be achieved through email exchanges. So if you can't telephone me, you can always email for help out of your difficulties.

Over the last 21 years, I have counselled people from all walks of life and of all ages with all kinds of problems from abuse in childhood, to eating disorders, depression, lack of confidence, shyness, abusive relationships, family difficulties, addictions, self-harm, bullying, sibling rivalry - and many others.

You can call me or email for support for parenting of toddlers to teens, or if you're a young person worried about parental separation or divorce, or if you’ve suffered a bereavement. I can give also advice on youngsters with eating disorders and those who self harm. I’m also an expert advisor for women struggling to leave abusive relationships, and for anyone who finds themselves single again. I understand that lack of confidence and/or loneliness can be very common issues for people of all ages, and that early sexual relationships can prove problematic. I've also helped people who were sexually abused in childhood to deal with their worst memories and work through the feelings they're left with.

I’m here to provide vital support for all these issues.

And, as the founder of www.GrandparentsNow.com I'm available to help with relationship problems between the generations - be they anxieties over grandparents taking care of children, or personality clashes between mothers and daughters-in-law.

As a person-centred counsellor, my role is to help you pinpoint what's going wrong in your life and work towards solutions. A completely fresh perspective can be useful; it's often the case that we don't always fully understand our own feelings so finding the right person to be a sounding board can bring them properly into focus for us. So I specialise in putting myself in your shoes for a really good understanding of how you feel, holding your hand and walking alongside you as you make your own journey. Whatever problems you’d like expert support for, I’ll be delighted to help you at Greatvine; with my warmest wishes,

Dilys
