As a highly qualified Health Visitor and Registered Sick Children's Nurse, I’m an expert who is passionate about child health and supporting parents through the journey of parenthood.

I’ve nursed sick children in hospitals and I have a nurse-prescribing qualification, so I have plenty of experience to advise you on how to manage your child's minor illnesses, through to supporting you and your family if you have children with specific medical, or long-term health conditions. My ethos is to work alongside families to help empower and enable them to feel more confident in their parenting.

I’m a member of the Royal College of Nursing with more than 13 years’ expertise in NHS hospitals and in the community. In that time, I have supported and advised hundreds of families. I provide realistic and evidence-based advice on all parenting and child health topics, from settling a new baby into a routine, through to toddler tantrums and understanding child development.

Parenting brings enormous responsibility and just about everyone has an opinion on how you should bring up your child. I know that parents just want to do what is right for their child and often feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice and information. As a mother of two young children, I understand the rollercoaster of parenting and the importance of accessing a qualified, empathetic professional with advice that is current, and tailored to the needs of the individual.
