In her own words
Ambitious and goal-orientated, I work in a variety of rewarding roles at the forefront of the health and fitness industry. In my career to date I’ve gained wide and varied experience in both clinical nutrition and dietetics, as well as in health promotion and teaching nutrition to other health professionals and the public. I’m a specialist weight management dietitian for the NHS (lead weight management dietitian for PCT), a nutrition tutor for a fitness company and also work freelance. I have media experience and enjoy writing articles on various topics, as well as radio interviews around my areas of expertise.
My varying roles demand excellent communication and organisational skills, and I can advise on a wide range of nutritional queries, specialising in the area of weight management and healthy eating.
