In her own words

Hi, I’m Fiona Hinton and I’m an experienced UK registered dietitian and nutritionist. I’ve been helping people successfully through the maze of information about healthy eating for over fifteen years now. I’m a specialist in translating the science of nutrition into everyday language, to provide advice that people can really work with in their everyday lives. I work from a firm understanding that we all have different tastes and lifestyles. I provide advice that fully respects and reflects them. We can work together to empower you to quickly take control of what you’re eating in everyday situations such as supermarkets. Although healthy eating is a major area of concern for the UK, it is still difficult to find trustworthy and credible advice to create a healthy diet. All the guidelines can seem confusing and sometimes unworkable in real life. As a busy working mother of two, I appreciate that what people are actually looking is proven and practical ideas that fit well with every aspect of their day-to-day life. I’m available immediately as an expert Greatvine telephone Consultant, or we can arrange a convenient time for me to call you back.

I will support you through a tremendously wide variety of food-related issues. This includes advice for a medical issue; a friendly chat to ensure your diet fully meets your individual needs; or help for the whole family. I can help with nutrition and other food-related guidelines when having children, including pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, if breastfeeding, and for young children. Specific issues at this time might include foods to avoid during pregnancy, coping with morning sickness, getting enough omega-3s and weaning guidelines. I also work extensively with people looking to lose or regulate their weight. Whether you are single, or within a couple or a family, you can always call me for a single session or longer-term support. Having someone on your side that understands the science of it and still speaks everyday English is far easier than trying to wade through the minefield of information that’s out there today! You can quickly gain reliable, trustworthy recommendations, drawn from my fifteen years professional experience.

I look forward to hearing from you!
