My specialist areas are related to mental health, depression, anxiety and panic, addictive behaviours, eating problems and learning difficulties. I also specialise in motivational aspects of people’s lifestyles also helping them to get to a position where they feel they need to be, without fear.

I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples and families lead more positive lives by helping them understand themselves better.

The range of problems I specialise in include addiction, anger, anxiety, experience of bereavement and loss, childhood abuse issues, depression, eating problems, experiences of low self-esteem, obsessive compulsive disorders, parenting difficulties, relationship problems and return to work reports.
