Don’t have time to call an expert? Email them instead! New Service Now Launched

We’re pleased to announce that from today you will be able to get quality, individual advice from our experts delivered direct to your own email inbox, using our new Advice by Email functionality.

This is something we’ve wanted to do for some time, so we’re really happy to be flipping the switch and making it live today.

How will it work?

Advice by Email will be available on selected experts’ profiles from today, with additional specialists due to be added to the service every week from now on. Whenever you see the new “Send a Question” button, you will be able to submit a query to the expert and receive their response direct to your email inbox within 24 hours.

Each response has a fixed cost of £15, and this is charged through your mobile phone bill, making the entire process extremely quick and easy, and you will only ever be charged once the expert has sent you their advice.

Why email?

We think our existing telephone advice set-up is pretty awesome, but we know that some people simply don’t like to talk to strangers on the phone, particularly about sensitive issues. We’re also aware that there might be times when you really want to reach one of the Greatvine experts, but perhaps you don’t have the time or privacy you really need to make such an important call.

This is where Advice by Email comes into its own.

Stuck at a busy family gathering but really want some help with your fussy baby? With Advice by Email, so long as you have a computer, tablet or smartphone to hand, you can still get high quality, tailored advice from the expert of your choice.

Going through a difficult time in your relationship but not feeling confident enough to speak about it on the phone? Not a problem, just send a message through Advice by Email and you can get some great advice from an expert without ever having to voice your worries out loud.

Advice by Email gives you, the consumer, a simple new way to access the quality help and support of our expert community. We hope you’ll find the new service a useful addition to the Greatvine offering, and as always – we welcome your feedback.
