Wednesday Wisdom: Star Monroe, How to Feel More Energetic in Five Flirty minutes

Another piece of wisdom from Star Monroe, giving you confidence and getting you moving.

Darling your body is made to move! So what happens when you sit staring at a computer screen all day? Your body is going to seize up and you are going to start to feel lethargic and that’s no good for anyone.

So let me introduce my easy peasy energise breaks that you can do throughout your day. Three to five times a day I want you to get up and move your glorious body, I dont mind what you do, dance, skip, walk, stretch, hula hoop, whatever you want!

It doesn’t really matter as long as you are moving. You have two choices here you can move for a flirty five minutes or if you are want more movement in your life then why not opt for the tantalizing 10 minutes.

If you are in an office, then grab a pal and move or dance together – not only will you lift your spirits, you will have a giggle too. You know what they say – the office that dances together – stays together (I may of just made that up!).

So before I leave you I want you to add a little extra va va voom into your energise breaks and this is where you get to really affirm what a kick ass, red hot woman you are. I want you to tell yourself how bloody amazing you are. If we can’t tell ourself that we have got it going on – then how the hell can we expect anyone else to tell us.

So to recap – you are going to take three to five energise breaks throughout your day either flirty or tantalizing (your choice). You are going to move that body in wondrous ways and 100% affirm how bloody amazing you are.
