Talk Now
Do you want to talk with someone straight away? Now you can. If your chosen expert is listed as available, you will see 'Talk Now' displayed beside their profile, along with their advice line number. Simply dial the phone number and be instantly connected. There's no need to register or enter payment details - the cost of the call will come off your phone bill. It's perfect if you need immediate help - with a crying baby who won't sleep, or a toddler who's playing up!
Request a call
If the expert you would like to speak with isn't currently available to talk, you can request a call and they will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours. Simply click on 'Request a Call' beside their profile, and enter your mobile number into the pop-up. You will receive a free text message as soon as the expert becomes available to take calls.
If 'Appointment Only' is displayed alongside the expert's profile, you can send the expert a message to request a call by clicking 'Request a Call'.
Advice by email
If "Send a question" is displayed beside an expert, you can send them a question and receive a detailed reply by email within 24 hours. Type your question, and then you'll be asked for your email address. The cost for this service is £15 per answer, and payment is made through your mobile phone bill. If the expert needs more information to answer your question, they'll ask you to send more details which is completely free of charge.
