A qualified business and performance coach as well as chartered occupational psychologist, Jacqui’s specialist areas include personal change, stress management, conflict management and bullying.
I’m a founder member of the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology and use a strengths-based approach in coaching clients to identify and use their strengths to achieve their objectives and overcome their challenges. I’m qualified in the use of psychometric assessments to help people clarify their strengths and these can be completed online. By focusing on strengths, I can make coaching a very positive experience for my clients while encouraging them to try new and more effective ways of doing and seeing things.
As a chartered occupational psychologist, I’ve been through the rigorous checking and qualification programme set by the British Psychological Society and provide them with yearly evidence of my continuing professional development. I’m a qualified business and performance coach with extensive experience of coaching and training in the areas of strategic organisational and personal change, stress management, conflict management and bullying. I hold a Law Society-recognised certificate in mediation and am a qualified practitioner in psychometric assessment.
My clients value my assistance in helping them clarify and achieve their professional objectives, manage personal or career change, take control in times of pressure or manage difficult relationships. I do this by identifying strengths, challenging assumptions and perspectives and building confidence to see and do things differently.
