In her own words
Hello, and thanks for visiting my profile.
I’m an Educational and Child Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience. I help parents with children's behaviour, learning, and self-esteem. Any difficulties your child is having will result in changeable moods and challenging behaviour - which is the part that everybody notices first.
In my experience, children aren't trying to make problems for others – they’re trying to solve problems of their own in the best way they know how.
Together, we will explore what is driving your child's behaviour and I can help you find solutions that will work. So do give me a call to find out how I can help you. You will find me easy to talk to, a good listener, and creative in helping you find workable solutions.
Modern life has many pressures for both parents and children. Stress can build up in our busy lives, making children irritable, anxious or unhappy. Anger is a modern epidemic and is often a sign of stress overload - especially in small children, when so much is new and different.
I will help you find the best way forward
Childhood is tough these days, with high expectations at school and much less time and freedom to play outside and let off steam. In fact, one in four children experience difficulties in school which affect their progress and emotional wellbeing. Whether your child is gifted or has special needs, there may be times when you’re unsure of the best way forward.
I'm just a phone call away to give you trustworthy advice that makes a difference. We can explore how your child's individual strengths and abilities can be supported and nurtured to help them achieve their true potential.

Happy2Learn is a unique service which offers Family Life Coaching based on sound evidence of what helps people live their best lives.
Family Life Coaching explores the needs and welfare of all family members, usually through one parent, although conference calls can be arranged.
Helping families to become a strong and united team enables everyone to thrive.
Childhood is a crucial time which is so precious; our confidence and independence as adults emerges from our expereiences in childhood.
Children are amazingly resilient. They will cope well with life's challenges when the family is strong and suppportive. Coaching gives parents the support and practical strategies they need to face whatever life sends their way with confidence and optimism.
Many families now are not traditional two parent families. Separation or divorce and starting again in a step family can create challenges for parents during the transition process to their new life.
Making changes and adjusting can take time, and parents value the opportunity to have independent and objective support. While the love and advice from family and friends cannnot be replaced, sometimes we need a private, confidential space to explore possibilities and make new plans.
