I specialise in making sure the company has a sound business strategy before it embarks on its journey. If the company is well down the road and looking for a coach or mentor, there’s no better time to stop and review the business strategy. The problem is that many are well down the road but don’t have one – and that’s the type of company I specialise in. With a master’s degree in marketing, I find many companies engaged in spending large amounts on marketing without any real understanding of the links between the various parts of the business.
