For the last five years I have worked with both men and women of all ages from various backgrounds and sexualities, covering a range of issues, which include depression (including post-natal depression), relationship issues, loss and bereavement, work related issues, marital problems, difficulties arising from family life (past and present), low self-esteem, lack of confidence, stress and anxiety, sexuality issues, lack of motivation, weight loss/management, fears and phobias (including driving test, examination nerves, fear of flying and public speaking), pain management, IBS, insomnia and panic attacks.

In her own words

I am a trained psychotherapist and hypnotist and offer an integrative approach, which means drawing from a varied 'tool bag' of therapy models as well as using hypnosis, offering the type of therapy or combination of therapies, which is most appropriate for the particular needs of each client.
