Pollen allergy may cause food allergy

I’ve been an allergy specialist for many years so can advise adults and teenagers who suffer from conditions such as asthma, hay fever, rhinitis, mouth, throat and skin allergy (allergy rash, urticaria, eczema, allergy swellings, angioedema, oral allergy) as well as allergies to foods, pollens, moulds, cats, dogs, animals, drugs, bees, wasps, insects, rubber latex and chemical sensitivity.
I have a particular interest in food allergy and intolerance, and assessing people who’ve suffered unexplained symptoms including anaphylaxis (allergic collapse) and 'allergy rashes'.
I am a physician, and my specialty is allergy. I work as an NHS consultant in allergy medicine in London and am also clinical research fellow in allergy at the University of Southampton. I hold private allergy clinics at Sarum Road Hospital at Winchester in Hampshire, and at Burghwood Allergy Clinic in Surrey.
I’m Chairman of the Medical Panel of the Anaphylaxis Campaign and an advisor to Allergy UK.
