Hi I’m Monica Hanaway, a senior psychotherapist, business coach and mediator. I work with senior level executives within the business community and I help them as a coach and mediator to resolve conflict. I also work with individuals and couples on all issues including relationships, sexual issues, career issues, lack of meaning in life and depression. I also offer my skills as a coach, mediator and stress management consultant whenever they are needed.
I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist able to provide immediate support as a telephone advisor here at Greatvine. I can help individuals or couples, plus my work as a mediator means I can offer expert advice on resolving family disputes. I’m also a specialist in diversity and discrimination; relationship issues and resolving feelings of loss of meaning and despair. Whatever issues you feel you would like to work with, I offer a wealth of experience and a genuine commitment to my client’s wellbeing. I am here to help you manage the challenges and grow as a unique, respected individual.
As a business coach and mediator, I bring my management and psychological expertise to coach individuals and teams. I work with senior level executives and their staff in dealing with stress, managing change, improving communication and creating strategy. I’m a conflict prevention, management and resolution expert able to advise on all contexts within both the professional and personal realm. I have worked within the financial sector; with EAP companies; and with multinationals. I currently lecture internationally on conflict resolution and have written books on aspects of both psychotherapy and mediation. My book on Co-Mediation is due to be published later this year and one on Existential Coaching is due for publication in the Spring of 2012.
