My speciality is ‘power hour’ coaching. These single highly intensive solution-focused discussions enable clients to put specific challenges into perspective and quickly generate optimal solutions to resolve critical business issues. We analyse and clarify challenges, explore opinions and identify the most appropriate course of action. Once they’ve established appropriate responses to opportunities and problems, clients are left feeling focused and reenergised, with new levels of clarity.

I coach individuals and teams at all levels, across markets and cultures. Clients include Arup, Barclays, The Cabinet Office, DCSF, Grant Thornton, KPMG, McKinsey and The Natural History Museum. I also coach on leadership programmes for the London School of Economics, London Business School, Duke Corporate Education, Imperial College Business School and the National School of Government.
As a business psychologist, I have tools that allow me to make objective assessments on issues that are crucial to success. Taking an eclectic approach, I incorporate a number of theories and models into coaching, and help clients build a broad range of techniques to support them going forward. I offer an impartial perspective, practical strategies for change, and ongoing support during implementation.
