Polly is a lifestyle and wellness expert who’s dedicated to helping people lead healthier and happier lives. Author of ‘The Cancer Journey’, having been diagnosed twice before the age of 29, she uses her knowledge in diet and lifestyle to help empower people to take back their health.

Specialities

I coach people with various health problems, and specialise in those with cancer, having had it myself twice before the age of 29.

Having received conventional treatment for cancer the first time around, second time around I decided to take a more natural holistic approach and have since discovered many different techniques and modalities to healing including detoxification and raw food about which I teach.

As well as motivational speaking, I give raw food talks and workshops around the country.

Inflammation is the root cause of most, if not all, diseases but when we adopt an alkaline plant-based diet, we reduce the risk of chronic disease, boosting our immune system and overall health and happiness.
