Over the last few years, I have successfully managed 3 office moves of all IT and telephone equipment and successfully installed them in their new premises.
Within the server environment, I have setup PDC and DC's (Primary domain controllers and Domain controllers), created user accounts in active directory, DHCP to distribute IP addresses to the PC's, laptops and iPhones, DNS for domain name resolving, Organisational Units and Group Policies, RDP, IIS, SQL support.
In addition, I specialise in VMware which is Virtual Machine software for creating a virtual machine (PC) or Server within a physical PC or server, which naturally includes the software install and setup and introduction to a live network.
Also, I specialise in broadband and routers. Having overseen a telecommunications IT department, I have had hands-on experience in preconfiguring routers, and problem solving customer’s broadband connections at home over the telephone and calling round their premises. This also includes my personal experience setting up routers and home networks for family and friends.
Furthermore, I specialise in websites and domain names, which includes setting up domain names and email accounts, FTP, designing a website for customers, employers and personal use, hosting the web sites and maintain changes and updates.

Furthermore, I have experience with designing and hosting websites, graphic design, media production, which includes sound engineering and music performing, recording and production.
I am currently self employed and have experience in setting up businesses from scratch from registering a company name, domain name, email accounts, telephone lines, stationary (Business cards, letterheads, etc.)
Previously, I have been employed as an IT Manager for a telecommunications company covering departments, IT, Web and Graphic Design and Billing. Prior to that, I have worked for the manufacturing plant LDV vans in their IT Operations department supporting and maintaining 4 mainframes and a PC network for 1500 users both in office and factory blocks.
