I am a state-registered Nutritionist with a BSc Honours in human nutrition. I have experience in educating the public and community on maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle and making them more aware of the health benefits associated with it.

I’ve carried out many healthy eating talks within primary schools, communities and a number of organisations. Most recently I appeared on a TV show as a health professional, discussing the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle.
