Specialities
If you're struggling with a problem around love or sex, you can feel very stuck. But it's not your fault you're stuck - it's hard to untangle this kind of problem all on your own.
You need someone on the outside - to spot where you're going wrong, give you a new perspective, help you get your confidence back.
I specialise in helping clients:
find a loving relationship
make online dating really work
create an intimate and fulfilling sexual partnership
trouble-shoot sexual problems
trouble-shoot relationship problems
recover from a breakup and love again
So ring me now. Or send me an email - I promise to get back to you within 24 hours. I'd really love to help you get the love life you deserve.
In her own words
I know all too well from the emails and calls I receive that it can be hard to find a loving partner... to make a troubled relationship work... to get your fading sex life back on track... to recover from a painful breakup.
Since 1979, I've been helping my clients face all these challenges. My approach is always positive - I give you space to talk about your feelings, encourage you to realise your strengths, help you think about things differently, and support you to change what's happening and get you to where you want to go.
My qualifications and background are in psychology, counselling and training, and as well as coaching I also write and teach in the United Kingdom and worldwide. I am on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Family Planning, work with a number of relationship charities including Relate, and am a Media Strategy Advisor for the Enduring Love project at the Open University.
I am a member of the Royal Society of Medicine, the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists, the British Society of Sexual Medicine, the Sexual Health and Disability Alliance, and was recently appointed a Patron of the Outsiders Charity.
