After graduating from university, I began working in both professional sport and at one of the worlds leading health clubs. Obviously as I guy, I can’t say it was my own personal experience as a mum that lead me to my current career! Instead, I developed my specialist interest after attending a course where it became clear greater awareness was needed for the multiple health benefits of exercise for both expectant and new mums. I became involved in services for the pre and post-natal period, developing, refining and honing skills over time. Today I run my own consultancy, helping expectant and new mothers to make the most of safe, healthy exercises and nutritional advice. Did you know that only 19% of mums to be actually exercise to recommended levels? Yet there are so many fantastic benefits to be had and I can help you gain them all.
I genuinely believe that every pregnancy as the unique as the mum to be herself. My friendly, whole body approach will help you feel stronger and fitter quicker! Some people are worried it must involve the ‘trainer’ screaming at you, pushing you and slogging you all the way to some ‘idealised’, perfect body. Understandably, this is the last thing you could possibly want. I am here to reassure you nothing could be further from the truth with my services.
