Specialities

I’m an expert who specialises in giving advice on:

  • Fitness and wellbeing during pregnancy and the postnatal period
  • Postnatal aches and pains

In her own words

The physical benefits of fitness and exercise, such as improving strength, flexibility, mobility and stamina, combined with good nutrition, help face the demands that pregnancy and childbirth place on a woman's body. It’s also emotionally beneficial for the prenatal and postnatal period and is really an enjoyable way of preparing for this exciting and life-changing experience.

As a specialist pregnancy and postnatal fitness instructor, and a mother myself, I understand first-hand the challenges and issues women face before and after giving birth. So, if you have any questions relating to fitness and wellbeing advice, I am on the end of a phone to answer them for you.

I can help you with:

• Nutrition advice during pregnancy

• Prenatal exercise

• Fitness following pregnancy

• Postnatal aches and pains

• Postnatal exercise

A former sports presenter with Liberty Radio, and a synchronized swimmer, I’ve also competed in triathlons and run full and half marathons. I’m a regular contributor for BBC radio and LBC radio and nutritionist for Teapigs. I provide consultancy for Fit Future; a nationwide youth fitness initiative, and was nominated for West London’s ‘Pride of People’ award in 2006.

Caller feedback

"If you are committed to results Vicky Warr will not only match but double your enthusiasm. The results were so good they have exceeded my expectations and are worth every penny. I was recommended to here by my own GP - so you cannot beat that referral."
Rebecca

""I work as a GP in Chiswick. Last summer I decided to finally do something about my weight that had slowly risen over the years and I was also really keen to get fit. After speaking with Vicky, I followed the Beez Kneez nutrition and exercise programme she personalised for me. I soon began to have more energy and feel fitter. The weight has come off slowly but surely and without deprivation. In fact my diet is probably the healthiest it's ever been with the emphasis being on loads of vegetables and fruit and minimal processed or sugary foods. I've been disciplined with exercise and found a routine, which fits my busy lifestyle (Mum, 3 children, part time job etc). I've lost over a stone in the last 6 months and have reached my target weight. This is a real personal success and a great confidence booster.""

""I will always be very grateful to you, Vicky for motivating me in the first place and getting me off my fat immobile bottom! I would not have thought it possible a year ago and it is all thanks to you.""
Judy

""Vicky's advice is clear and simple and makes you wonder why all the diet books make such a meal of things! She knows exactly what she's talking about and she's passionate about her subject - and also realistic about how life's other demands can get in the way of sticking to the right food and exercise plans.""
Lin

""I like the fact that it is convenient as workouts are delivered to my PC and I can do them at home.""
Gillian

""As a busy mum with a demanding international career, I have little time to nurture myself and often everything was unraveling - that in turn affected my relationship with my family, my career, and my attitude to myself. Meeting Vicky has changed all that- She has engineered a revolution in my life! Vicky, helped me overcome my fear and made me realise I COULD do it- run regularly and enjoy it, eat a healthy and balanced diet and feel good.""
